Description-
The Bustle Petticoat is designed to be worn over the 19th Century Bustle. The front is smooth, slightly gathered into the short front yoke. The ruffled back smoothes the line of the bustle boning. It has a short sweep, is approximately 40" long, and includes two tucks for altering the length.
Fabrics and colors: off-white, white, or black cotton or taffeta in back or ivory
