Expedited Orders:
We can solve your corset emergency! We are happy to work around your deadlines. Please email, call or let us know at time of purchase, when you need your items so that we can choose the most expedient delivery method to meet your deadline. Expedited shipping is available by request. Shipping costs will be updated accordingly to reflect the shipping speed requested. Depending on your deadline date and items, a rush fee may be added to your order.
Ship times:
Currently, a small amount of selected items are in-stock in limited quantities. These items will be shipped within 3-7 business days of placing an order.
Most items are made to order and will be shipped within 3-6 weeks of placing your order (depending on quantity ordered). We will work with your schedule should you need the garments sooner than our usual shipping schedule.
We are happy to accommodate your rush orders! Choose Rush shipping at checkout and include your latest possible arrival date. Additional rush fees may apply depending on items and timing.
A 3% Shipping/Handling charge will be added to orders using their own shipping accounts, not exceeding $65. Due to automated website calculations, we may refund shipping overpayments to you as necessary or send an invoice for balance due.
Regular shipping is FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

International Orders:
Place your order online; After you receive your order confirmation email we will contact you with a quote for the international shipping based on your location and deadline.
Please let us know when you need your items so we can choose the most expedient shipping method to meet your deadline. This may involve additional shipping charges. Delivery times for each country varies.You may request this information and delivery estimates ahead of time by emailing us at sales@periodcorsets.com.
International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or brokerage fees that may be incurred. These charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.
Guarantee/Return Policy:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are less than pleased with your order we will gladly accept it for exchange or a refund for the full price of the merchandise less a 10% restock fee. Returns and exchanges are accepted within ten (10) days of shipment and must be pre-approved by phone or email. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges. Sale items, custom items including our lined, brocade and satin corsets or, items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

How can I pay?
We use Stripe and PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your items. We get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
