The Juliette is a classic 19th century hourglass shape and can be used for a great range of silhouettes. Lightly boned, it smooths the line of the body from bust to hip. The Juliette is cut in the shorter French style of the period from shaped pieces. Corset is finished with grommeted backs and adjustable back lacing.
Each kit includes:
pre-cut corset pieces in natural cotton coutil
instruction guide
steel and spiral bones and bone casing
silver grommets
tipped lacing in white
yardage of matching cotton to make bias edging (or optional piping)
Kit includes grommets but not the grommet setting tool. We recommend Richard the Thread for your grommet setting tools: Richard the Thread
Optional grommet service available- Ship us your finished corset and we will insert the grommets for you.
Sizes are based on our standard size chart.
