Description-
The Pocket Hoop Pannier creates the silhouette popular in the second half of the 18th century, and adds about 28" to the hip measure. It is made with 12mm steel boning, a hook and bar waist closure, and pocket openings on each side.
The pocket hoop pannier is available in 100% white or black cotton twill.
